Password Problem - Student Accounts

Problem

Due to an error when configuring our new domain, all engineering students passwords inadvertently were changed on Thursday, 5/14, about 12:35pm. Since then no student can/could log in.

Solution

Go here to get your original account password.

Then, go to the new password tool. Use your original password obtained above to login, set your personal questions, and change your password.

Afterward

Once you have set your password using the new password tool, you can use that same tool for password maintenance.
